PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The Medical Coding and Billing programs are designed to prepare students for
entry-level employment as coders and billers in physicians' offices, ambulatory
centers, health care organizations, and insurance companies. These programs
develop skills in ICD, CPT, HCPCS, computerized billing, and reimbursement
procedures.
This program also prepares student for national
certification.
